Cogmed

Technical description Cogmed is brain training software consisting of a series of 13 games designed to improve memory. The exercises are distributed over 25 sessions for children, teenagers and adults. The difficulty level of the exercises are adjusted in real time based on the user’s performance. Results can be tracked.

Science foundation claims Working memory determines cognitive performance. By improving working memory, you improve attention, self-management and learning skills.

Protocol of Use 25 training sessions done online. Each session consists of eight exercises, taking 30-45 minutes. The practice recommendation is 5 days a week for 5 weeks.

How can you use Soundsory as a complement to this program? In addition to Cogmed, Soundsory is a great complementary tool that is being used by therapists and families globally. It is a multi-sensory, home-based therapy program that helps improve motor and cognitive abilities in children and adults.

Soundsory is a 40-day program of daily 30 minutes of music listening with exercises. The program is divided into two sessions of 20 days each.
