Technical description The See Clearly Method is an eye training program consisting of a series of 18 exercises adapted from the Bates Method, using eye movement, acupressure, blinking and hydrotherapy and perceptual training.

Science foundation claims The See Clearly Method claims that eye structure is not different from the rest of the body and can be trained by physical exercises to enhance its performance.

Protocol of Use A typical program is 30 minutes per day for a total of six weeks.

How can you use Soundsory as a complement to this program? The Soundsory Program is a therapy program that can be used to complement The Bates Method and The See Clearly Method.

Soundsory is a 40-day program of daily 30 minutes of music listening with exercises. The program is divided into two sessions of 20 days each.
